In 1925, Al Heiden, along with Stan Wyderka, began Heiden Plumbing & Heating on 15th and Wright Street in Milwaukee. In 1972 Stan’s son Ken later purchased the business and incorporated the Heiden Plumbing company. Three generations later, Ken and his family continue to offer state of the art plumbing, heating and cooling to Metro Milwaukee.

The Wyderka family continues to own and operate the company with the same pride in craftsmanship, dedication to customer satisfaction, and integrity that shaped Heiden Plumbing Company over 85 years ago.
Currently, Heiden Plumbing Company employees over 15 employees with over 100 years experience in plumbing, heating & cooling. Heiden maintains its quality due to the high standards it requires of its employees. All of our technicians are state licensed and insured.
Today Heiden Plumbing is continually expanding its list of repairs, maintenance and installation services; following the state of the art technologies. We provide both residential and commercial plumbing services, heating and cooling repairs/ installation, drain, sewer & water repairs/replacement/installation, and solar and renewable energy services.

In 2001, WITI Fox Channel 6 and Katrina Cravy performed a sting operation on the Milwaukee plumbing industry relating to various plumbing companies and if and how they took advantage of customers. Heiden was one of three companies, all of which were ambiguous of the sting operation that was brought in to repair a toilet. While the other companies wanted to charge $250-$600 dollars, Heiden fixed the problem for $85.
